I practiced yoga 2 years ago but I stopped because... (I don't remember why I actually). But last week, I decided to go back again :) And I'm so glad I did! I am learning so many things from it. It taught me how to focus, to be strong, to relax, to not overthink, and a whole lot more! 

I want to try more fitness activities/exercises! I want to constantly challenge myself. Planning to do plana forma or barre 3 soon :-)
