Time to fall in love with the gym and sports... again! :P

I've been dieting like crazy for the past few months. Counting my calories, eating healthy food, going on cleanses but the problem is, I don't exercise. Sure, I lost a lot of weight but I always feel so sluggish/weak cos I don't exercise! Last program I joined was crossfit. I'll definitely go back to boxing/muay thai and yoga but I want to try something new. Or new sports, perhaps? Suggestions anyone? :) Let me know!
